**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Healthcare Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Te Kaika Wellbeing Hub and Health New Zealand services.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Health NZ outpatient services delivered from Te Kaika Wellbeing Hub are run in a way which best supports the health needs of the community.
- Work closely with the Charge Nurse Manager and other staff members to develop and implement strategies to reduce health inequities and disparities in access and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health professionals and community groups.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and preparing reports.
