In this busy and varied role, you'll partner with Director Donor Services, other leaders, and the Chief Nurse in all matters related to people. You'll contribute to organizational policies and processes, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle, and owning a caseload of ER and return-to-work matters.

You'll work with front-line leaders to assess issues and challenges, identifying options and solutions, and supporting change processes. Your empathetic approach and strong communication skills will be essential in building relationships with internal customers and adapting your style to fit different situations.

This role is ideal for someone with high energy and a desire to develop into the next step in their career. You'll be comfortable working operationally and dealing with complex case loads, ideally having experience in unionized environments, managing change, and good knowledge of HR best practices.
