Mo tenei mahi | About this job As the Coordinator – Capability & Development, you'll play a key role in the Organisational Culture & Capability team, delivering and supporting our capability-building programs and talent development initiatives.
Your efforts will directly impact the growth and development of our kaimahi, ensuring that all training and development programs align with our strategic objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

From scheduling and logistics to reporting and stakeholder management, you'll be at the heart of delivering efficient, effective, and engaging learning experiences.

Coordinate end-to-end training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.Coordinate the approval of personal development and study plans.Support professional development initiatives, including competency frameworks and career development plans.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Maintain accurate records, manage training data, and ensure compliance with policies.We're looking for someone who's super-organized and great at juggling multiple tasks at once.
Ideally, you've got experience in the learning & development space, but what's more important is that you're proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of responsibilities.
You'll be comfortable with data management, reporting, and using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong communication skills are a must because you'll be working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
