About the Assignment: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receivables Processing Assistant on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable transactions, reconciling customer accounts, and preparing invoices.

Key Responsibilities: As a Receivables Processing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Preparing and sending out invoices to clients.
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Availability for the full 8-week assignment.
