Job Summary: We require an experienced Accounts Receivable Temp to fill a temporary position within our finance team. This role involves managing accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a strong background in finance and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities: As a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing and sending out invoices to clients.
- Supporting the month-end closing process.
- Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
