We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Performance Manager. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of service and meeting sales targets consistently.

Your primary focus will be on making outgoing customer calls to identify opportunities to sell products and creating and managing a sales pipeline. You will also book an agreed number of appointments per day and report on sales opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous proven telesales, telemarketing, or commercial experience is advantageous
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given
  • Target & KPI driven
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to develop trusting relationships
  • Fast thinking
  • Self-motivated
  • Resilient and strong-willed
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Strong team worker
