Job Summary

We are seeking an Admissions Counselor to join our team in providing expert advice and support to high school students aiming to gain admission to top universities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized admissions plans for students, taking into account their unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Maintain expertise in high school curricula, extracurricular activities, and standardized testing to provide informed guidance to students and families
  • Utilize knowledge of top universities and their admission requirements to guide students towards the best fit schools
  • Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to students and their families
  • Collaborate with other members of the Crimson team to ensure seamless delivery of services to students

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Top 30 US University, Ivy League strongly preferred
  • Possession of passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, product management a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure
  • Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting preferred
