As our Retail IT Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless technology-driven experience for store owners and customers.

Job Requirements:

This position requires a highly organised and proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll need strong coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP knowledge, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. They should also be able to build strong relationships and influence others to achieve great outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex IT processes and ensure a seamless experience for stakeholders
  2. Coordinate cross-functional IT teams to execute seamless cutovers
  3. Act as a trusted partner, keeping teams informed and aligned
  4. Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  5. Support and document continuous refinement of IT tools and workflows
