Lead PACU Nurse Manager

About the Role
As a seasoned Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team in our state-of-the-art PACU. With a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction, you will oversee the clinical recovery of patients undergoing anesthesia.
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless recovery experiences
- Leading and managing a team of registered nurses, including coaching and mentoring for professional growth
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a PACU environment
- 5 years' post-registration experience
- Leadership experience is preferred but not essential
- ACLS certification and Expert level 3 PDRP
