AUT Student Medical Centre is looking for a Nurse Team Lead to manage our dynamic and enthusiastic nursing team. If you are an experienced nurse leader, this is the role for you
Manage daily operations, collaborate with Operations Manager and wider university support services, and develop care models for improved health outcomes and efficiency in our service. You will balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.
You will have at least 5 years' experience working in primary care and 1 year of experience in a leadership role, with a current NZ practising certificate. You will be an inspiring leader who drives the team to deliver empathetic and compassionate primary care to our students. You will drive the implementation of fresh and effective care models designed to improve patient outcomes and keep our medical centre running smoothly. You will have a practical understanding and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. You will have great communication skills at all levels and demonstrate advanced computer skills. As this is a management role, you will have administrative responsibilities for which you will have protected time allocated. You will enjoy a 5-day-a-week role with a mix of management, administration, and patient care.

Salary Range: $91,500 - $111,500 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).
