The University of Auckland seeks an experienced programme delivery lead to manage enterprise-wide organisational development projects from inception to fruition. The successful candidate will take on the authority and responsibility to lead their projects on a day-to-day basis, supported by a large and established team with a people-focused PM Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project teams to deliver projects successfully
• Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plan(s)
• Plan and manage the deployment of resources to meet project milestones
• Build and sustain effective relationships with project stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least 5 years' experience in project management, preferably within business change, including IT implementations
• Demonstrable experience in completing change and process improvement projects within large organisations
• Ability to work across both technical (IT-based projects) and organisational change and transformation projects
• Sufficient seniority and credibility to effectively lead, manage and motivate project teams
