Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee multiple business units and guide the school's campus development and strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 8 professionals across IT, Finance, Property, Shop, and Aquatic Centre
  • Drive the implementation of the Campus Development Master Plan to enhance the school's infrastructure and facilities
  • Manage contractors, oversee the consent process, and conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives
  • Provide strategic oversight of procurement, insurance, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the school's goals and objectives
  • Report directly to the Principal as a key member of the Executive Team, providing regular updates on progress and challenges
  • Foster positive stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, representing the school's interests and values
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a strategic thinking approach to drive business growth and improvement
  • Strong team management skills, able to create a positive and proactive culture within Business and Planning
  • Excellent project management skills, with a strong understanding of financial acumen and budgeting
  • Experience in property management, information systems, and business development, preferably with a degree in business or a related field
