We are seeking a talented Senior Communications Advisor to drive creative and impactful communications across our organization and subsidiaries. As a key member of our team, you will craft engaging content, shape key messages, and bring our mission to life. Reporting to the General Manager Communications, you will play a vital role in strengthening our voice, both inside and out, and championing inclusion and advocacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences
  • Proven background in communications or media, with expertise in content creation, media relations, and digital platforms
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, staff, media, and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills, managing multiple deadlines effectively
  • A tertiary qualification in communications or media (or equivalent experience) and a full NZ driver's license
