About the Role
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Owner/Director to develop business strategies;
  • Supervise staff scheduling and rostering, and support employee development;
  • Maintain quality standards for food and beverage service, and conduct opening and closing procedures;
  • Assist with ordering and purchasing stock, and handle customer inquiries and complaints;
  • Support the training and development of restaurant workers and waitstaff.
Requirements
  • A relevant Degree or an equivalent qualification in hospitality management, OR;
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience;
  • Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and Manager Certificate, or ability to obtain one;
  • Flexibility to work from Tuesday through Sunday, including public holidays;
  • Minimum 30 hours per week.
