Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Principal Service Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for guiding the overall design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will have experience in human capital management applications consulting and will be able to lead project teams in the execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities
This role includes:
  • Providing implementation services to customers, including supporting project teams and designing innovative solutions.
  • Guiding project teams in configuring the Dayforce application to meet customer business requirements.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) on strategic implementations.
  • Leading internal project meetings and providing status on progress of activities and deliverables.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in human capital management applications consulting.
  • 5+ years in a consultant role with Dayforce HCM.
  • Solid experience in business process mapping.
  • Experience in change management is an asset.
