As an Occupational Therapist on the CAMHS team, you will be working with children and adolescents who require specialist mental health services. Your role will involve conducting assessments and developing intervention plans to support young people and their whanau in achieving their goals.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, using evidence-based practices and models to inform your work. The CAMHS team is committed to providing whanau-centred care, which means working in partnership with service users and/or their whanau to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- NZ Registered Occupational Therapist with current annual practicing certificate
- Experience in mental health assessment and interventions would be beneficial
- Member of Occupational Therapy New Zealand - Professional Association (desirable)
