The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager - Inbound, you will play a vital role in supporting our members by responding to their queries or requests via our 0800 number or email. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless interactions with our members.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Responding to general inquiries from members and advisers through our 0800 number or email
  • Ensuring compliant AML/CFT documentation is obtained
  • Problem-solving and finding proactive solutions for our members
  • Liaising with key stakeholders such as compliance
  • Managing member complaints and handling vulnerable members
