As our Fixed Term Tea Category Manager, you will drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in Tea categories. This includes analysing market trends, supporting innovation projects, and developing pricing and promotional strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions.

Key responsibilities include: delivering insights and recommendations to improve sales fundamentals, overseeing category and shopper marketing initiatives, and conducting regular portfolio reviews. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with customers, building strong relationships and establishing a reputation as a trusted expert within the company.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record in FMCG and proficiency in Nielsen/IRI, Dunnhumby/Quantium.
