Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Champion to join our customer team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding support to our customers. This role involves being the first point of contact for existing customers, assisting with technical problems, and collaborating with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, patient, and honest support to customers, making a meaningful impact on their lives
- Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to provide support assistance and help trialists get over the line
- Assist our development team in finding bugs and other product-related issues
- Collaborate to decrease churn and come up with new initiatives to help existing customers succeed and grow
