**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled veterinarian to join our team as a Veterinary Technical Supervisor 2. As a member of our Verification Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the meat industry and ensuring compliance with food safety and export standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing verification services to support the meat industry;
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and export standards;
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals;
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A New Zealand registered veterinary degree or ability to obtain registration with VCNZ;
- A full New Zealand driver's license (or be able to obtain one by converting a current overseas driver's license);
- Excellent verbal and written skills, analytical reasoning skills, and computer literacy;
- Experience persuading and influencing, teamwork, planning, and organizing;
- Integrity, trust, ethics, values, resilience, adaptability, and openness;
