About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Lead. You will be responsible for leading and motivating our team to deliver high-quality patient care and outcomes. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective governance and risk management.
Requirements
You will need to have extensive endoscopic experience with knowledge of GENCA guidelines/standards, expert level 4 PDRP or equivalent, or working towards a level 4, 5 years' post-registration experience with a minimum of 3 years working in theatre or endoscopy suite, proven leadership experience in a nursing leadership role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive positive attitude, actively promotes culturally safe clinical practice and the integration of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi into the provision of patient care, post graduate qualifications in health care desirable.
