Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To provide specialist PaR nursing care and expertise in direct care delivery.
- To use advanced clinical skills to identify patients at risk and work closely with primary teams to monitor and implement interventions to prevent deterioration.
- To mentor staff to help them gain further knowledge and skill.
Requirements:
- You must have current Nursing Council registration and APC.
- You must already hold NZ working rights as we are unable to sponsor a visa for this role.
- You should have proven clinical nursing experience in acute or critical care, ED/ICU/HDU.
- You should be working towards relevant postgraduate qualifications at a minimum of a Diploma or a Master's degree.
