Advanced Care Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Neonatal ICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in improving client health and reducing health inequalities for service users with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have advanced nursing leadership skills and be able to provide consultancy, clinical leadership, and skilled advanced nursing practice. They will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and develop alternative models of care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to contribute to the research agenda within the neonatal service and collaborate with the Neonatal SMO team.
About You
- You are a qualified Nurse Practitioner with experience in Neonatal care
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and empathize with families/whanau in a positive manner
- You have knowledge and application of NZ Health strategies
