**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team at The Landing, a world-class lodge and estate in the stunning Northland region.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results and maintain our high standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of The Landing Residences, Winery, and back-of-house areas
  • Manage departmental supplies and rosters to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee laundry services including guest garments and lodge linens
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Contribute to health and safety planning and compliance
  • Support and report to the Residences Manager on operational performance

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in housekeeping leadership or a strong background as a housekeeping supervisor ready to progress
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or private yachting is highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high personal standards
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Confident with budgeting, rostering, and stock control
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Reliable transport and valid NZ work rights (no visa sponsorship available)
