The Job

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  2. Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  3. Manage project risks and issues proactively, guaranteeing successful outcomes.
  4. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Communicate project status to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and project team members.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  7. Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel and work effectively on sites away from the office.
  • Passion for delivering top-notch service to clients.
