We meet the transport needs of everyone from big names in infrastructure, construction, film/TV, and sporting events to independent contractors and casual weekend hirers.

As a Hirepool Vehicle Rental Consultant, you will be part of a small, hardworking team, helping out across all areas of branch operations, including vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, grooming, and minor servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and provide sales advice and quotes
  • Create contracts and complete transactions
  • Coordinate and deliver/pick-up vehicles
  • Office administration and customer account maintenance

Requirements:

  • Full Class 1 Driver Licence (a Class 2 is a great advantage)
  • Mechanical interest and aptitude would be great
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Intermediate computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work with a diverse array of people and build successful working relationships
  • Willingness to work on a rostered basis - our branch is open Monday-Saturday
