Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on individual to fill this position on our dynamic team to ensure that our quality of work remains high. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers in the workshop, ensuring efficient operations.
- Estimating.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities, including task delegation.
- Maintain a safe and productive working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor equipment and inventory levels.
- Provide guidance and training to workshop staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or similar role required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of workshop processes and health & safety standards. Hands-on experience with machinery, tools, and equipment. Sense of humor and a positive disposition.
