This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a supportive and collaborative team as a Site Coordinator.
The successful candidate will oversee the business operations of a specialist law firm, encompassing premises, technology, people, finance, and general administration in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Interact daily with technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment through effective collaboration with colleagues
- Manage various aspects of business operations, including premises, technology, people, finance, and general administration
The ideal candidate will have experience in a reception role and possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
