About the Role:
We seek a dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our Biochemistry department in Christchurch. This is a permanent, full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eligibility to register as a Medical Laboratory Scientist with the Medical Science Council, NZ.
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory operations, including safety procedures and hands-on experience in Biochemistry.
- Meticulous attention to detail, adhering to strict quality procedure guidelines.
- Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
