Rosewood Matakauri is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and mentoring the Restaurant team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining and wine service, as well as previous experience in senior level Food and Beverage roles in boutique lodges or 5-star properties. They will also be skilled in training and developing staff, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:
