About Our Company

Novotel Wellington represents a portfolio of leading hotels including Sofitel, Mövenpick, Novotel, and Ibis Hotels. As a member of our team, you will have access to opportunities across all of our Wellington properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing hotel reservations, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Revenue Team to maximise room occupancy and revenue by upselling rooms and promoting additional services.

To succeed in this role, you must have previous front office or reservations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a full-time position with flexible working hours.
