About Cgr Services

Cgr Services is a dual-branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in the heart of Rotorua.

This newly created role works across both our Food & Beverage and Front Office departments, reporting to the Operations Manager. This duty manager role would be ideal for a supervisor looking for development across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of service quality and operational excellence
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in a Front Office background or Food & Beverage environment
  • Current General Manager's certificate or ability to obtain one
  • Knowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar property operation systems
