About the Role

We are seeking an experienced organisational development expert to join our team. As Advisor Capability and Organisational Development, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of organisational development initiatives, learning and training programmes and products.

You will work across the Commission to ensure our capability and development initiatives identify and shape relevant training and learning solutions and deliver meaningful development outcomes for our people.

This is a varied and rewarding role that offers lots of scope to contribute and grow - from shaping learning pathways and supporting project delivery, to helping build culture through team workshops.

You're someone who enjoys seeing others succeed and wants to create development opportunities that are practical, engaging, and grounded in real business needs.

You are curious, proactive and thrive on collaboration.

You are confident analysing learning needs, shaping training resources, and offering advice that supports capability uplift at both the individual and organisational level.
