As a key member of our team, you will oversee the administration and development of the ShambhaLodging project. This involves coordinating crew members, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

This full-time, temporary position is based on a festival site in British Columbia. You will be responsible for supervising the setup and teardown of lodging guest sites, managing a team of up to 30 individuals, and developing policies and protocols for a 24-hour operation.

Your responsibilities will include working with guests to complete reservations and payments, communicating with customers, and responding to issues and inquiries. You will also be responsible for assisting with marketing, updating social media pages, and facilitating customer databases.

In addition, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service to up to 2500 lodging guests, purchasing supplies and equipment, and developing budgeting and purchasing procedures. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of new products and services, and compiling resources and information post-event.
