Due to substantial growth in our business, we have exciting opportunities for an STMS to join our Tasman Business.

As an STMS at Downer, you will be responsible for managing all temporary traffic management of our roadworks contracts. You will champion a Zero-Harm culture as you ensure the effective protection of your team and road users as you coordinate the maintenance operation.

**What we are looking for**:
STMS L1 or STMS Cat A/B

Class 2 license preferred; we can help you get this

Strong communication skills

Energy and commitment to the job

A strong sense of ownership

A Strong focus on site safety - you will ensure everyone gets home safe
