**The Job**

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Shop Floor Retail Team as a Shop Floor Retail Team Member. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience and helping us achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Assist with restocking shelves, collecting trolleys from the car park, cleaning areas of the store, and performing other tasks as required

**Requirements**

  • Some experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to undertake some heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and being on your feet for long periods
