Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Elite Business Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining outstanding client relationships in the business telco sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and enduring relationships with businesses.

  • Deliver on the objectives of our business sales strategy by developing and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
  • Follow a structured approach to prospecting, business development, and new client acquisition.
  • Utilise sales and client relationship management (CRM) tools to gather and maintain prospect and customer data.
  • Actively create and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting and the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building credibility and enduring relationships with businesses.
  • Identifying individual client requirements and delivering solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Maintaining regular contact/call cycle with potential clients, and internal and external partners, to ensure client satisfaction is maintained, and further opportunities identified.
  • Actively participating in training and development to stay up-to-date on our ever-changing product mix and competitive offerings.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Strong relationship building ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
