About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Manufacturing team as an Operations Support Officer. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by contributing to the life-saving activities of NZBS.

In this role, you will support the national operations of NZBS, working closely with our National Manager Manufacturing and collaborating with key partners, including Quality and Clinical. You will analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and manage the end-to-end implementation of sustainable continuous improvement initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to lead complex change programmes, implement new processes across multiple locations, and drive standardisation and process improvements. Your work will contribute significantly to the life-saving activities of NZBS.

About You

You are a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician, with a passion for leading process improvement. You have a proven track record of working in a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment, and you are familiar with relevant regulatory standards and Codes of Practice.

You are a strong communicator, able to initiate and lead process and procedural improvement activities that provide sustainable change and measurable benefits. You are also able to lead complex change programmes and implement new processes across multiple locations.
