At Mary Potter Hospice, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to hospice clinical, educational, and service development activities. Your advanced clinical expertise will enable you to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with palliative care needs, including prescription of medications.
You will provide leadership and support with a multidisciplinary approach that contributes to the vision and values of palliative care. This role involves participating in submissions and policy development, as well as providing advisory support and mentorship for Registered Nurses and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
