About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill the position of Wayfinder Mana Ake Programme In Schools at Health New Zealand - Lakes. As a Wayfinder, you will provide early intervention health and wellbeing guidance, support and service within Primary and Intermediate Schools.
The Mana Ake service is a collaborative effort between health and education, aiming to deliver support where it is needed most in the community.
About the Team/Service/Location
Our clinical mental health and wellbeing workforce delivers a range of wellbeing programmes and interventions for children, including individual, group and whole-class programmes.
The role will be based in the Waiariki region, requiring applicants to be based locally due to the nature of the work.
About You
- You will have extensive experience working with community, tamariki and whanau.
- You will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- You will hold a full driver's license.
- You will be proficient in using computers.
- You will be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
