Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, motivating, coordinating, and supporting a diverse team to maintain momentum and achieve productivity goals
  • Taking ownership of your team, fostering growth, and promoting continuous improvement
  • Building strong relationships with crew members, managers, crop managers, sales, transport teams, and the Ag Engineering Workshop
  • Organizing equipment, people, and machinery – planning ahead
  • Communicating effectively, including daily & weekly plans and production targets to your crew
  • Driving health & safety engagement and proactively supporting a safe culture
  • Identifying key support staff in your crew to support training, quality, and induction of new members
  • Maintaining accurate record keeping
