About the Role: As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of assigned projects to ensure objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage delivery using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure delivery of quality products and user experience.
  • Act as Scrum Master for delivery teams, providing coaching to embed Agile practices into delivery of products and services.
  • Lead, manage, and support delivery teams to successfully deliver key milestones, key business goals, and product outcomes within scope, on time, on budget, and to expected standards.


About You:
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Product Manager capacity leading onshore and offshore teams.
  • You have experience working within a Consulting or Professional Services firm delivering digital technologies at an enterprise level.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management would be beneficial.
