We are seeking an enthusiastic Rehab Coach who will work closely with our therapists to execute Treatment Intervention plans. The ideal candidate will link clients to community resources and support, utilizing diary management software to ensure seamless communication. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records of client queries and communicate them effectively to the leading therapist.
