We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead. Our practice is well-established, with a strong team culture and a loyal patient base of 4,500.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have sound clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality care to a diverse range of patients. You will work closely with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the medical team and contribute to the overall management of the practice
  • To provide high-quality patient care and develop effective relationships with patients and staff
  • To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Be vocationally registered or working towards it
  • Hold a current practicing certificate
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
