Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our logistics function, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire logistics process, from receiving raw materials to shipping finished goods
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business growth

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ERP systems preferred
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
