We are seeking talented young individuals to join our Rito O Te Paremata programme as ambassadors of youth parliament. In this role, you will contribute to projects aimed at increasing young people's engagement with Parliament.

Your tasks may include designing and implementing workshops, creating content for social media platforms, and engaging with stakeholders to promote democratic values.

You will be part of a team of eight young people working together to achieve common goals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and make a positive impact on society.

The programme offers the living wage on a casual contract and includes regular opportunities for professional development and networking. You will also receive support from experienced mentors and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement projects aimed at increasing young people's engagement with Parliament
  • Design and deliver workshops and training sessions
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote democratic values
  • Contribute to the creation of content for social media platforms
