About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hand Therapist to provide quality, best practice hand therapy services through assessment and appropriate recommendations and interventions. Your primary focus will be on helping patients recover from treatment by delivering personalized solutions for rehabilitation services and products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to determine the most suitable treatment plan.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the patients' goals throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Identify and address any aspects of service that require clinical input and management by appropriately skilled and qualified staff.
  • Prepare accurate and high-quality documentation, including all clinical notes, reports, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • NZ Hand Therapy Registration with a current APC (PNZ or OTNZ).
  • No minimum experience required; this role is open to candidates of all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
