About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Rita Angus Retirement Village in Kilbirnie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care, and auxiliary teams, ensuring compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents.

**Responsibilities**
* Provide clinical leadership and management oversight to nursing, care, and auxiliary teams* Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents* Lead, develop, and grow a strong team of happy, kind, trained, and highly motivated staff dedicated to delivering world-class care and treatment* Ensure that clinical policy and procedures are adhered to* Provide support to the Village Manager* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes* Utilize your expertise to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports* Participate in regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements* Attend relevant meetings and training sessions to stay informed about changes in legislation, policies, and procedures* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a culture of empathy and respect* Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**
* Proven experience as Registered Nurse, preferably in residential aged care, with a current APC* Advanced clinical leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and share knowledge with your team* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively* A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and achieving exceptional outcomes* Eligibility to work in New Zealand or Australia* Willingness to undergo training and professional development opportunities* Physical fitness and ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (0800 - 1630)
