**About the Role**

We are seeking passionate and empathetic Care Workers to join our team, working within our Community Services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

You will assist our clients in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential, through both practical and emotional support. Responsibilities may include:

  • Meal preparation and nutrition guidance
  • Accompanying clients on community outings and promoting social integration
  • Giving medication and personal care (showering, toileting etc.)
  • Home management and organization

We offer a rewarding career pathway for staff, providing training and development opportunities to achieve NZQA qualifications. You will earn between $23.38 - $29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.

This role offers the chance to work with New Zealand's largest community healthcare provider, gaining experience in various disciplines including aged care, disability, mental health, and rehabilitation.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this position, you must possess a genuine desire to help and support others, striving for excellence in your work.

Prior healthcare or care-giving experience would be advantageous, as well as any relevant qualifications or certifications.

A full NZ drivers' license and reliable transportation are required for most positions.
