This is an exciting opportunity to join our Raahui Pookeka Hauora Hub team as a Mental Health and Addiction Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients, their whānau, and other healthcare professionals to deliver intensive, person-centred care.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Providing comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for clients with high needs.
  • Developing and implementing alcohol and drug groups and educational programmes.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

**Requirements:**

  • Expertise in alcohol and other drug interventions, harm reduction principles, and addiction service provision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in Te ao Māori and Maatauranga Māori frameworks.
